Career[]

Before Fulham[]

Fulham (2018-2022)[]

Cyrus joined the club on 31 January 2018 for a fee of around £3.5 million from Middlesbrough. He made his debut in a 1-1 draw away at Bristol City on 21 February 2018, making an assist in the 14th minute to set up Aleksandar Mitrović. He had to wait patiently for game time due to the form of Ryan Fredericks, but he made another assist two minutes after coming on in his second appearance away at Preston North End in a 2-1 win on 10 March 2018.

After Ryan Fredericks' departure to West Ham United, Cyrus became the replacement at right back as Fulham returned to the Premier League. However, he was battling for that position with Denis Odoi later in the season.

During the 2019-20 season back in the Championship, Cyrus was unfortunately caught up in a news story regarding a racist attack on his sister at the opening game of the season away at Barnsley, with a man later charged for this abuse.

Rumours late in the January transfer window of 2020 surprisingly linked him away from the club with a move to Italian giants Roma, however this did not materialise.

His first League goal for Fulham came in a 2-1 victory away in the West London derby fixture at Queens Park Rangers towards the back end of 2019-20, which later won the goal of the month award.

After Fulham's promotion back to the Premier League in 2020, Cyrus was loaned out to Championship side Nottingham Forest for the duration of 2020-21. Upon Fulham's immediate return to the Championship the following season, Cyrus returned to the club but this time under the stewarship of new manager Marco Silva after previous head coach Scott Parker's departure. He was initially frozen out of the first team set-up under Silva, beginning 2021-22 with the U23 squad.

He signed another loan deal with Swansea City on 13 January 2022, spending the resr of the 2021-22 season with the Welsh side.

He was released by Fulham in the summer of 2022.

After Fulham[]

Cyrus joined Championship side Hull City on 26 August 2022, teaming up with recent Fulham teammate Jean Michaël Seri.
