Emmanuel Frimpong was on loan from Arsenal for the second half of the 2012-13 season, having been signed in the January transfer window of 2013. He is a central midfielder, usually taking on a more defensive role. Emmanuel moved to Fulham at the age of just 21, with much to prove at the top level. He has represented England internationally at youth level but pledged his international future to Ghana in November 2012.
