Harley had represented Aldershot & District Schools FA before his move to Fulham.
Fulham (2022-present)[]
After already making the bench on a few occasions, Harley made his debut for the U18 squad whilst representing the U16's in a 5-2 loss away to Arsenal U18 on 30 March 2024. He then went on to sign a two-year scholarship deal the following summer.
