Harry Arter is a midfielder who played at Fulham for the 2019-20 season, on loan from Bournemouth. Signed in August 2019, he joined his brother-in-law Scott Parker who was in charge of first team duties. An Irish international, he gained his first cap in 2015.

Harry signed for the club on 6 August 2019 on a season-long loan deal, with an option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season.
He scored his first goal in the Third Round of the FA Cup, a 30 yard belter to win the match in a 2-1 win over Aston Villa.
He helped the club achieve their ambition of returning to the Premier League as Fulham won the 2020 Play-off Final against Brentford at Wembley Stadium in June 2020. He left the club at the end of his loan deal with a total of 29 appearances and 3 goals in all competitiions for the Whites.
After Fulham[]
In the summer transfer window of 2020, Harry left Bournemouth after ten years at the Cherries, to join fellow Championship side Nottingham Forest for around £5 million.
