Imani Lanquedoc is a midfielder currently playing for Fulham 's academy. Capable of playing any role in the midfield and as a winger, he broke through to the U18 squad in the 2019-20 season .
Career [ ] Before Fulham [ ] Fulham (2015-present) [ ] After featuring on the substitutes' bench several times throughout the 2019-20 season , Imani made his debut for the U18 squad on 4 January 2020, as he started in a 4-1 loss away at Tottenham Hotspur U18.
He signed a two year scholarship deal with the club in the summer of 2021. He scored a career-first hat-trick during a 5-1 victory over Brighton U18 on 19 February 2022.
Imani had his first taste of senior football when he was sent out on loan for the first half of the 2022-23 season to Basingstoke Town . However, only days after making his debut for them he injured his knee training with Fulham , ending his spell with them. It later transpired that Imani had tore his ICL, his ACL and suffered hamstring tendon damage - this led to him being sidelined for a year.
He made his return on 1 September 2023, coming off the bench as a late substitute for the U21 's in a 5-1 win over Southampton in which he made an assist seconds after being on the pitch. Following a run of matches under his belt after returning from injury, on 7 March 2024 he was loaned to Finnish side FC Haka in a deal that would run until the end of the year.
