Jay Rich-Baghuelou played as a centre back on trial with Fulham in the U18 squad in April 2018. A tall imposing Australian defender, he failed to sign in the summer following his time with the club.

Jay grew up on the Gold Coast in Australia and played for Palm Beach Soccer Club until he moved to England.
Fulham (2018)[]
Jay was invited to trial at Fulham in April 2018 and played one match at centre back, a 2-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur U18 at Motspur Park.
After Fulham[]
Jay left to join non-league clubs Dulwich Hamlet, followed by a shorter stint at Welling United, before he moved to Crystal Palace in February 2020. He later became captain of their U23 squad before representing Australia at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
