Fulham (2008-2014)[]
Josh joined Fulham as a 16 year old from Manchester United. Since being at Fulham, he has spent most of his time in the Reserves / Under-21 squad playing as a defensive midfielder. During the 2012-13 season, Josh was called up for the Wales U21 squad and made a couple of appearances for them.
In 2013, he was loaned out to Norwegian Premier League side Tromsø for three months, which was then extended to the full season after he impressed for them.
On 26 January 2014, he was handed the number 49 shirt and travelled up with the first team squad in their FA Cup tie at Sheffield United, where he made the bench. After a handful of appearances back in the U21's, he was sent out on loan for the remainder of the season in Finland at FC Honka. There, he teamed up with team-mate Alex Brister for a side managed by former-Fulham striker Shefki Kuqi.
After Fulham[]
Josh was signed for Gillingham shortly after his release from Fulham, where he spent the entirety of 2014-15. However, he was released again in July 2015.
