Ola Aina played for Fulham on loan from Torino during the 2020-21 season. A full back who could play on either side of the pitch, he was signed following Fulham's third promotion to the Premier League in 2020. Although representing England at youth level, he now represents Nigeria at full international level.

Career

Fulham (2020-2021)

Ola signature for Fulham was announced on 11 September 2020 in a loan deal that would see him stay for the duration of the 2020-21 season, which included an option to buy the following summer.

After making his debut in the League Cup, starting in a 3-0 defeat away at Brentford, Ola soon became a regular starter after an injury to fellow new signing Kenny Tete early in the season.

Ola's first goal for the club cam in their first League win of the season, the second in a 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion at Craven Cottage with a thunderous left footed strike from 30 yards into the top corner. This goal later won Ola the Premier League's 'Goal of the Month' award for November 2020.
