Raúl signature was confirmed on 25 July 2023, for a reported fee of £5.5 million in a two-year deal with the option of extending for a further year.
After a troublesome start to his Fulham career, where he was ultimately left out at times by Marco Silva for Carlos Vinícius and Rodrigo Muniz, he scored his first goal during a 3-1 loss away at Aston Villa on 12 November 2023.
Raúl then grabbed himself a brace in a 5-0 thrashing over Nottingham Forest at Craven Cottage on 6 December 2023. Before scoring once more in another 5-0 victory over West Ham days later, he was sent off in a 3-0 loss away at Newcastle United on 16 December 2023. After a poor challenge by Raúl initially earned earned him a yellow card, this decision was overturned through VAR and changed to a red.
A hamstring injury kept him out of the squad for the entirety of February and into March 2024; during this time Rodrigo Muniz took his place and scored 7 goals in as many games and Raúl had to settle for a spot on the bench. He did however score a brace after starting on the final day of the season away to Luton Town on 19 May 2024.
He finished as the team's top goalscorer in 2024-25, with a total of 14 goals to his name across all competitions.
