Rob Atkinson was a defender who played for Fulham's U23 squad from 2017 until 2019. A left-footed centre back, he was signed in September 2017 following a successful trial with the club from Basingstoke Town.

Career

Before Fulham

Rob grew up in France and played for Cannes academy until his family moved back to England. He played Futsal for Reading until 2016. He played for Knaphill prior to moving to Basingstoke Town where he played first team football for 2016-17.

Fulham (2017-2019)

Rob was trialled by the club throughout pre-season of 2017-18 and was signed officially on 6 September 2017. He joined Braintree on loan for the second half of the 2018-19 season before his release in the summer.

After Fulham

Rob joined Eastleigh on a free transfer in the summer of 2019. After an impressive season, he was then snapped up by League One side Oxford United.
