Rodrigo Muniz is a striker who currently plays for Fulham. He was signed in August 2021 under the managerial tenureship of Marco Silva whilst in the Championship, and only the second Brazilian to have ever played for the club.

Fulham (2021-present)[]
Rodrigo's signature was announced by Fulham on 20 August 2021, for a fee of around £6.8 million which included a 25% sell-on clause. He made his debut for the club on 11 September 2021 as he came on as a second-half substitute during a disappointing 1-0 defeat away at Blackpool. He then went on to score his first goal the following week as he came off the bench to head in Fulham's only goal of a 2-1 loss to Reading at Craven Cottage.
Days later, he then suffered the disappointment of having his penalty saved in sudden death of a penalty shootout which saw Fulham bow out of the EFL Cup during a 0-0 draw with Leeds United at Craven Cottage.
Struggling for game time due to remarkable goalscoring form of team-mate Aleksandar Mitrović, Rodrigo still managed to bag his first brace for the club, coming off the bench during an incredible 7-0 win away at Blackburn Rovers on 3 November 2021.
Fulham were promoted from the Championship back to the Premier League in Rodrigo's first season with the club, but Marco Silva made the decision to send him on loan for 2022-23 to Middlesbrough, back in the second tier. It was a difficult spell for Rodrigo and he only managed two goals for them in 17 appearances in the Championship.
He returned to Fulham in the summer, and travelled with them to the United States in pre-season. Despite an uncertain future with the club, he made his Premier League debut on 19 August 2023 coming on as a late substitute in a 3-0 loss at home to Brentford.
After an EFL Cup tie away to Ipswich Town in which he scored his first Fulham goal in nearly two years, Rodrigo earned himself his first Premier League start at home to a struggling Manchester United on 4 November 2023. Unfortunately for him, he injured his knee in the second half and was substituted off, visibly distraight as he made it over to the touchline.
Rodrigo scored his long-awaited first Premier League goal on 3 February 2024, when he scored to put Fulham 2-0 up away at Burnley; however the match ended in a 2-2 draw. This led to some good goalscoring form as the following week, he scored a brace with a good performance in a 3-1 win over Bournemouth at Craven Cottage. His goalscoring form continued and this included another brace in an impressive 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur and a fantastic stoppage time scissor kick to equalise in a 3-3 draw at Sheffield United.
His upturn in form led him to win the Premier League's Player of the Month award for March 2024, becoming only the third Fulham player in history to win it (after Louis Saha in August 2001 & Mark Schwarzer in February 2010).
Despite this purple patch, he initially struggled to carry it into the 2024-25 season and could not to find the back of the net consistently. However, on Boxing Day 2024, he scored a 95th minute winner in an historic 2-1 win away at West London rivals Chelsea to write his name into Fulham folklore with their first win at Stamford Bridge in over 45 years. He finished the latter half of the season in style, with several finishes including a fanastic goal against champions Liverpool which ended in a 3-2 win at Craven Cottage.
Amid speculation of a move away to Atalanta in Italy, Rodrigo scored a late equaliser in the 2025-26 season opener away at Brighton & Hove Albion to secure a 1-1 draw.
