Ryheem Sheckleford was a defender at Fulham from 2011 until 2017. Primarily a right-back but also capable of playing in the middle, Ryheem was an academy player at the club who never made a first team appearance. He was part of the 2013-14FA Youth Cup finalist squad and was captain of the U18 squad in 2014-15.
Ryheem joined Fulham when he was 14 during summer 2011. He worked his way up to the U16 squad, where he impressed and broke through to the U18 squad during 2012-13 despite only being 15 years old. He played a big part in the Under-18 squad's FA Youth Cup run in 2013-14 that led them to the Final, only to be beaten by Chelsea.
He signed his first professional contract with the club on 1 October 2014, tying him to the club until 30 June 2016. This deal was then extended a further year to 2017. He was given a first taste of first team football when he was sent out on loan to non-League Wealdstone on 18 November 2016.
After failing to break through to the first team squad, Ryheem was released in the summer of 2017.
After Fulham[]
Ryheem was snapped up by Maidenhead United in 2018, and spent four years there before a move came his way to join Chesterfield in July 2022.
