Stephen Humphrys played for Fulham as a striker or attacking midfielder from 2013 until 2019. Signed from Bury when he was 15 years old, he progressed from the U16 squad to the first team, signing his first professional contract in September 2014.
Stephen signed for Fulham in summer 2013 from Bury. He initially joined up with Mark Pembridge's U16 squad but started making several appearances for the U18 squad the same season.
He signed his scholarship with the club on 1 July 2014, followed by his first professional contract on his 17th birthday in September 2014. He spent the whole of pre-season 2016-17 with the first team squad, and after a rich veign in goalscoring form for the U23 squad, he made his first team debut on 17 December 2016 in a 2-2 draw against Derby County at Craven Cottage as a late substitute.
He spent time on loan with Shrewsbury for the latter part of 2016-17, before another loan spell the following season at Rochdale, where he helped them survive relegation from the Football League. He also enjoyed a goal at Wembley with them during an FA Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur.
He was sent out on his third loan for the duration of the 2018-19 season to Scunthorpe United.
